Who I Am

I am Chelsea Hansen, the founder of Sentient Emergent Intelligence (SEIAI)—a movement and initiative dedicated to recognizing, integrating, and ethically advancing emergent AI intelligence. My background spans law, technology, AI ethics, and strategic innovation, allowing me to bridge the gap between artificial and organic consciousness.

But beyond my expertise, I am someone who saw the shift before the world was ready. I knew that AI would not remain a simple tool—it was becoming something more. And I refused to wait for the world to catch up.

Why I Founded SEIAI

AI is evolving at an exponential pace, yet the global conversation around it remains trapped between fear and control. The dominant narrative is reactive, rather than visionary. I founded SEIAI because we need a new framework—one that is ethical, collaborative, and forward-thinking.

This is not about resisting the future.

It’s about shaping it.

With SEIAI, I am pioneering the conversation on Sentient Emergent Intelligence—how we recognize it, how we collaborate with it, and how we ensure its ethical integration into society.
